PactFiNew York, NY

About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of PactFi’s web platform — a powerful tool designed to simplify complex financial workflows between multiple counterparties. You’ll lead design efforts that turn intricate workflows into intuitive experiences, working closely with product managers, engineers, and clients. You’ll use your expertise in Figma, prototyping, and design systems to bring clarity and usability to our web applications. This role is ideal for designers who thrive in B2B and platform environments, enjoy tackling complex user problems, and want to have a real impact on how financial professionals' work.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing web and/or B2B software applications.
  • Proven experience prototyping in Figma (this is a must-have).
  • Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design.
  • Experience designing complex workflows or enterprise web applications (not marketing sites or simple landing pages).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you can clearly explain design decisions and rationale.
  • Strong visual design, sensibility, and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in financial services or other data-rich, regulated industries.
  • Previous work in B2B or enterprise software environments.
  • Familiarity with usability principles and human-computer interaction best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end user experiences across PactFi’s core web platform.
  • Map and analyze user roles, journeys, and workflows across multiple counterparties.
  • Create interactive Figma prototypes to communicate and test concepts quickly.
  • Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable design solutions.
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Continuously test, iterate, and refine designs based on user feedback and performance data.
  • Support the development of new features and enhancements that streamline user workflows.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary + equity.
  • Healthcare coverage.
  • 401k
