Responsibilities

  • Develop screen and process designs in Figma leveraging design guides.
  • Provide expertise on design best practices, oversee adherence to design standards, and maintain design guides.
  • Provide direction and feedback to the UI/UX design team on mockups and wireframes.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders/SMEs, including development teams, business analysts, and end-users, to evaluate, define, and prioritize business requirements.
  • Maintain a product mindset that prioritizes the customer and focuses on delivering value through the Omnia product.
  • Utilize agile methodologies in the development process, from sprint planning to daily stand-ups, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities and recommendations for continuous improvements and work with program leaders to implement.
  • Provide updates on status, timelines, and problems; review final outcomes with the client and obtain their sign-off that work is in accordance with client requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with UI/UX design experience (e.g., user research, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, etc.)
  • Experience with design tools (such as Figma or Adobe XD) and project management tools (such as Jira or Confluence).
  • Experience in user requirements gathering including business process mapping.
  • In-depth knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
