Requirements

• Deep UX Expertise - A strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to solve real user problems through thoughtful design.
• Fluency in Design Tools - Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Analytical Mindset - Ability to synthesize user research, data, and feedback into actionable improvements.
• Communication & Collaboration - Ability to articulate design decisions and build alignment across teams.
• Resilience & Maturity - Welcome critique, embrace iteration, and push back when it serves the user experience.

Nice To Haves

• A degree in Design, UX/UI, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Master the Domain - Immerse yourself in domain knowledge, decoding industry nuances and user needs to design with precision.
• Champion the User - Conduct research, uncover pain points, and translate insights into designs that feel second nature to our users.
• Design & Prototype Like a Pro - Create low-fidelity wireframes to polished high-fidelity prototypes, iterating rapidly and validating solutions with real users.
• Collaborate Across Teams - Partner with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring designs to life in an agile environment.
• Lead with Impact - Mentor junior designers, advocate for best practices, and push the boundaries of great UX.
