The Senior UI/UX Designer is responsible for leading the design process across our Global Retail Product suite, and ensuring the creation of intuitive, user-centered designs. This role involves not only creating high-quality user interfaces but also driving the design strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve user problems at a larger scale. The Senior Designer will mentor junior team members, advocate for user experience principles, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the design system. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in user experience design and will be a key contributor to product strategy and innovation.
