About The Position

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior UI Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance user interfaces for enterprise-level applications in the Digital Experience Platforms area. You'll bridge business needs with technical execution, shaping the future of our digital experiences.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in IT, with 5+ years in frontend development
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React (preferred)
  • Proven experience with large-scale, consumer-facing web applications
  • Deep understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and performance optimization
  • Expertise in RESTful APIs, OAuth/JWT, and frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, etc.)
  • Solid command of HTML, CSS, Git, and modern styling tools (SASS/LESS, styled components)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and the MERN stack
  • Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Babel, Vite
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Define UI/UX architecture and strategy, selecting frameworks, tools, and design patterns
  • Build scalable frontend systems and reusable design components
  • Translate wireframes and prototypes into functional, elegant interfaces
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Champion UI best practices: code reviews, performance tuning, and modern methodologies
  • Partner with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver cohesive solutions
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Lead development of responsive, accessible, and high-performing web applications
  • Optimize for speed, scalability, and accessibility (WCAG 2.0-2.2 compliance)
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and drive adoption of modern tools and practices
  • Influence architectural direction and contribute to continuous improvement
