About The Position

We are seeking a Senior UI Developer with a strong background in building high quality, customer facing web and mobile applications. This role is ideal for a hands-on frontend expert who thrives in Agile environments, collaborates closely with UX/UI designers, and delivers pixel perfect, accessible user experiences for large-scale digital transformation initiatives in the US market.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Expert-level knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Strong experience with Redux, MobX, Context API, or similar state‑management solutions
  • Expert understanding of CSS Flexbox, Grid, and responsive/adaptive design principles
  • Ability to deliver a seamless customer experience across web and mobile platforms
  • Deep knowledge of WCAG 2.1 and ADA compliance standards
  • Experience building accessible UIs that meet US legal and usability requirements
  • High proficiency with Jira for Agile tracking
  • Experience using Confluence and Storybook for documentation and component libraries
  • Expert-level experience with Git/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, reliable deployments

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable, reusable UI component libraries
  • Ensure consistency, performance, and maintainability across customer experience (CX) initiatives
  • Translate high‑fidelity Figma or Adobe XD designs into high-performance, production‑ready code
  • Deliver pixel‑perfect implementations across web and mobile workstreams
  • Optimize frontend applications for speed, scalability, SEO, and accessibility
  • Identify and resolve UI performance bottlenecks
  • Work closely with Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, and Backend Engineers
  • Ensure UI integrations align with functional, technical, and business requirements
  • Lead unit testing, UI testing, and cross‑browser compatibility testing
  • Ensure a stable, defect‑free experience across diverse US‑based user demographics
