We’re currently welcoming applications for a Mid to Senior-Level UI Designer to join our creative team. While this isn’t an immediate opening, submitting your portfolio and resume now ensures you're on our radar for future opportunities. In this role, you’ll report directly to the Senior Creative Director and help shape the look, feel, and usability of websites and digital products for mission-driven organizations and our other high-profile brands. Our projects are fast-paced and varied, from large-scale platforms to bold campaign sites, and we value thoughtful design that solves for our clients’ digital problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional UI design experience, ideally in a fast-paced agency or consultancy
• Expertise with Figma
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles
• Attention to detail in layout, typography, and color
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and self-direct your own workflow
• Comfort working within a design system — and confidence knowing when and how to evolve it

Nice To Haves

• Experience with motion graphics and Webflow is a major plus

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Creative Director and our cross-functional teams to craft clean, intuitive interfaces
• Translate concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs
• Present your ideas clearly to both internal teams and clients, iterating based on shared feedback
• Work within and contribute to design systems, knowing when to innovate and when to stay consistent
• Stay on top of design trends and tools, continuously evolving your skills and our processes
• Partner with developers to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently
