Lenovo's Intelligent Devices Group (IDG) is seeking a Senior UI & Design Systems Designer to lead the creation, evolution, and stewardship of our cross-platform design system. This role is central to ensuring visual consistency, interaction clarity, and implementation precision across Lenovo's portfolio of intelligent devices and experiences. As a senior contributor, you will partner closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to oversee the development of the design system and create pixel-perfect scalable UI components, variants, system-level patterns, and detailed documentation. You will drive efforts to define and maintain a unified system that balances brand, usability, accessibility, and technical feasibility across multiple products and teams.
