We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Trust & Family Office team as a Senior Analyst. This is a great position that includes assisting in client communications and providing support to our advisors and their clients, delivering full-scope client service in the areas of tax and estate planning, cash flow management, charitable giving, and investments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, accounting and/or finance or business with an emphasis on accounting/finance preferred
  • 4+ years’ experience in the financial industry in a similar analyst role
  • Obtained or willing to obtain certification, such as: CFP or CFA
  • Willingness to participate in a Parkside Committee
  • Motivated self-starter with strong analytical skills
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Able to work both independently and as an integral part of a team
  • Eager to learn new skills in a variety of financial planning areas using multiple software applications
  • Strong work ethic
  • Service oriented
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to company’s financial growth and profitability

Responsibilities

  • Performs research & analysis and/or manages investment options.
  • Assist with the preparation of materials for periodic client meetings, which includes creating and/or updating reports such as cash flows, financial statements, and asset allocations summaries for clients with a Degree of Difficulty of 4+
  • Draft financial projections and calculations
  • Analyze investment performance and research investment options and provide recommendations
  • Review and track client account applications, transfers and directives
  • Assist advisors with various special projects and requests
  • Provide information and make recommendations on advisory service products, investment selections, sustainability guidelines and reporting decisions.
  • Assists with training and developing mid-level and junior analysts
  • Continue to expand knowledge of comprehensive wealth management including Financial Planning, Tax Planning, Asset Management, Risk Management and Estate Planning
