About The Position

TrialQuest, a subsidiary of U.S. Legal Support, is seeking a Senior Trial Technician to support trial teams from start to finish, delivering seamless presentation and technical services throughout litigation. In addition to performing all core trial technician duties, the Senior Trial Technician will assist and mentor others on the team, contributing to both technical execution and team development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct experience in trial technology or litigation support.
• Strong multitasking and deadline management skills.
• Proficiency with PCs and trial presentation software.
• Flexible work schedule, including availability for nights and weekends as needed.
• Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel 20%-30%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to prepare for trial, including demonstrative creation and presentation support.
• Execute in-trial tasks such as document and database management, PowerPoint creation, graphic editing, and video processing.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot trial and focus group presentation equipment.
• Scan and process documents, photographs, X-rays, and other materials for exhibits.
• Create presentation databases and trial notebooks from various assets.
• Digitize and edit videos and depositions for trial or mediation.
• Set up and operate equipment for digital and physical exhibit display (e.g., projectors, monitors, printers, laminators).
• Distribute final exhibits electronically or via CD/DVD.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to develop effective visuals and presentation strategies.
• Capture photography or video as needed for case support.
• Mentor and support Trial Technicians and serve as subject matter expert for trial operations.
• Perform pickup and delivery of exhibits and materials.
• Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
