Requirements

• 10+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
• 10+ first-chair trials to verdict.
• Licensed & in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• A drive to win, the leadership to guide others, and the passion to fight for justice.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-stakes litigation from complaint to verdict.
• Depose expert witnesses.
• Conduct mediations.
• Deliver compelling arguments in court.
• Mentor junior litigation staff while overseeing paralegals and case managers.
• Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance across litigation teams.
