Requirements

Juris Doctorate with active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
4+ years of litigation experience or strong litigation-type skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Ability to handle a significant case load in a remote environment.

Nice To Haves

Preferred experience as first or second chair in jury trials.
Experience in insurance defense is preferred.

Responsibilities

Represent insured individuals and the company in the defense of lawsuits and claims.
Conduct hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions.
Prepare and present pre- and post-trial motions effectively.
