About The Position

The Treasury specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to, processing all ACH origination requests, remote deposit capture services, personal online banking enrollments , bill pay services, mobile banking and mobile capture services, and processing cash management, positive pay, and business online banking requests. They will also set-up and service E-Statements, other online banking related transactions, respond to all online banking customer messaging, and reset personal and business online banking passwords as requested.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of operational or electronic banking experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Specialized training or information technology experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide the highest quality of internal and external customer service
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of banking rules, regulations, laws, and all policies and procedures pertaining to them, including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act
  • Respond to or coordinate response to all emails received through the bank website or online banking
  • Execute any electronic banking request in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of compliance with all laws
  • Implement, train, and support in the following areas: remote deposit capture, mobile deposit capture, mobile banking, consumer online banking, cash management services, bill pay services, positive pay, E-Statements, Interbank transfers, online tax payments, and other developing services or channels
  • Perform electronic banking transaction screening for fraud, etc. through core-provided or other tools
  • Assist in testing and validating all new products introduced by the Customer Experience Department
  • Routinely manages the most complex implementations that require higher level of expertise and experience
  • Expertly manages each implementation as a project from end to end while meeting defined SLAs with a focus on expediting revenue generation
  • Escalate and expedite implementation delays and missed SLAs as appropriate to the Treasury Operations Manager
  • Lead training sessions with client as needed via webinars, on phone, and in person for one-to-one interaction on more complex products
  • Attend meetings and training as required to continue development and to enhance knowledge of processes and technologies
  • In the absence of the Treasury Operations Manager, Sr. Treasury Specialist will step in to managers assigned duties including but not limited to Q2 Case portal management, reporting, and handle escalated customer service issues
  • Must complete all training modules by established due dates
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
