About The Position

The Senior Treasury Sales Officer (TSO) is responsible for driving treasury management revenue, operating deposit growth, and client acquisition within the commercial banking segment. This role partners closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) to deliver cash management, payments, and liquidity solutions that deepen client relationships and improve overall profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Demonstrated experience with sales development and coaching.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of Treasury, Payments, or Commercial banking sales experience required.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and influence others, supervisory experience preferred.
  • Consultative sales and solutions-based approach.
  • Strong financial or analytical skills.
  • Collaboration and influence across internal teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and proposal generation.
  • Ability to work independently within a market.
  • High energy and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to rapidly determine key priorities and ensure resources are properly aligned.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for maintaining effective relationships with leadership and producers.
  • Must be able to be physically present in the Bank to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, source, and win new treasury management opportunities.
  • Partner with Commercial RMs to prospect and win new clients.
  • Lead client presentations and treasury solution positioning.
  • Develop and manage an active sales pipeline.
  • Design and deliver solutions across: Payments (ACH, wires, RTP) Receivables (RDC, lockbox) Liquidity (sweeps, ICS/CDARS) Fraud mitigation tools
  • Customize proposals based on client cash flow and operational needs.
  • Lead pricing discussions and optimize fee income and deposit value.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, controllers, and business owners.
  • Conduct client reviews and portfolio analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to expand wallet share.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Support structuring full banking relationships: loans, deposits and treasury.
  • Quarterback client onboarding and ensure successful implementation.
  • Support and promote the Bank vision, mission and core values, organizational structure and policies and procedures.
