About The Position
Fremont Bank, founded in 1964, is one of the oldest independently owned banks in the Bay Area and is recognized as one of the top-rated mid-tier banks in the nation. The bank has an immediate opening for a Treasury Management Solutions Senior Specialist in Livermore, CA. This position is responsible for developing new treasury management business and expanding existing relationships by directing sales efforts. The role involves working closely with the Treasury Management Solutions Manager, Financial Banking Centers, and Business Partners to make business development calls on new prospects, focusing on small to large companies requiring Treasury Management solutions and services. The specialist must maintain exemplary internal and external client service standards, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and updating information in the Bank's CRM system. They will proactively canvas the market to offer treasury management products and collaborate with the manager to solve complex client issues, aiming to achieve performance metrics for new business sales, revenue growth, client retention, and profitability.
