Requirements

• 3 years of experience in treasury or financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash activities and related investment funds and determine daily cash position.
• Compile and analyze financial information to meet monthly, quarterly, and fiscal year end management reporting requirements, including support for audit processes.
• Manage banking relationships and bank accounts, including account openings, closings, and updates.
• Maintain online banking portal access and set-up.
• Lead cross-functional projects to optimize internal processes involving bank services.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist accountants in researching variances and reconciling items on bank reconciliations.
• Review accounts for adjusted items and research/correct as needed.
• Monitor bank accounts for Positive Pay exception items and make decisions as needed.
• Handle other ad hoc projects.
