Requirements

  • 3 years of experience with implementations in the transportation or logistics industry
  • Experience in transportation in a supply chain/distribution environment
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Working knowledge and experience with import and export regulations
  • Excellent planning, client support, communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale implementations
  • Oversee and lead change management initiatives and provide continuing post-implementation support
  • Define business problems, identify solutions, and provide analysis and recommendations
  • Work creatively with internal departments, develop documented implementation plans and schedules, assist with implementation, and provide post-implementation feedback/support
  • Conduct scheduled progress reviews on all current projects
  • Provide customer support management for internal and external clients according to customer management process, using tools such as the action item list, progress report, etc.
  • Design and/or report methodology for ongoing operations
  • Ensure that both internal and external client issues are addressed in a timely manner
