Requirements

  • 15+ years of transportation or Utah state government project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Utah Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
  • Proven leadership of multi-discipline infrastructure design and construction teams
  • Strong networks and relationships in the Utah transportation market, including existing and potential clients and other consulting firms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead teams through all phases of project delivery-from planning to closeout
  • Ensure scope, schedule, and budget targets are met while exceeding client expectations
  • Champion health, safety, quality, and risk management across every project
  • Drive business development efforts, from client engagement to contract negotiations
  • Oversee roadway, highway, and traffic engineering designs
  • Provide technical guidance and quality oversight
  • Develop creative solutions tailored to client and site needs
  • Strengthen relationships with UDOT and other key Utah agencies
