Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in roadway design
  • 3+ years of progressive project management experience
  • Oklahoma Professional Engineering license (or the ability to become licensed in Oklahoma within 6 months)

Nice To Haves

  • Strong technical skills in roadway and drainage design
  • Experience with MicroStation and Geopak/Open Roads

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, managing client communication, deadlines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Share your expertise and passion by guiding and training junior engineers.
  • Contribute to the expansion of our transportation practice by assisting in business development activities.
  • Leverage your technical prowess to lead the analysis, design, and preparation of plans, specifications, estimates, and reports for our valued clients.
