About The Position

The Senior Transportation Analyst at Kenvue is responsible for managing and optimizing transportation lanes to ensure consistent product availability and enhance customer experience. This role involves collaboration with various internal and external partners to meet critical transportation metrics and lead process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in logistics, customer service, transportation, or supply chain.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including data analysis functions.
• Experience in data analytics to organize and interpret data for business operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and engage with diverse cultures.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SAP, BW, Tableau, or Power BI; knowledge of Alteryx or Qlik is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with business partners.
• Project management experience and familiarity with project management tools.
• Six Sigma or Process Excellence training or certification.
• APICS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for sites and logistics providers regarding shipment flow issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve transportation metrics such as on-time delivery and cost improvements.
• Lead operational activities for carrier bids and lane implementation based on established metrics.
• Conduct operational vendor management meetings and maintain tactical relationships with vendors.
• Utilize data analytics to uncover insights and drive process improvements in transportation operations.
• Oversee transportation services including freight management, compliance, and claims handling.
• Coordinate track & trace and exception management for assigned transportation lanes.
