Candidate will be subject matter expertise in plant systems to include, but not limited to the following systems: (1) Utilities, (2) Steam Turbine Generators, (3) Gas Turbine Generators, (4) Boilers, (5) Liquified Natural Gas Specific Systems, (6) Natural Gas Systems, (7) Chemical System, etc. The person must be able to read and interpret control narratives, process flow diagrams, electrical one-lines, process flow diagrams, OEM information to generate operational and maintenance job task books. In addition, they must be able to successfully complete in-the-field just-in-time training, as well as complete operations and maintenance assessments of plant personnel across wide range of activities in both disciplines.

Requirements

• 5 years or more experience in Technical Training and Development within Oil & Gas or Power Generation.
• At least 5 years in a training environment teaching technical content to adult learners including operators, mechanics, electricians, and Instrumentation & Control Technicians.
• Ability to travel and work independently and remotely.
• Experience working as a consultant with clients and in a team environment, both in person and remotely.
• Ability to drive a motor vehicle.
• Ability to work in both construction and office settings.
• Strong communication skills and ability to demonstrate soft skills in a business environment.

Responsibilities
