About The Position

Do you have a passion for delivering impactful training? Are you an engaging and effective communicator? Do you have a proven track record of success in wealth management? If yes, we are looking for someone like you to lead the facilitation of our wealth management training programs in the Wealth Advice Center. You will deliver high-impact training sessions to financial advisors and leaders at all levels, both in person and virtually. Your role will include facilitating interactive learning experiences, including group discussions, role-playing, exercises, and case studies, adapting training delivery style to meet the diverse learning needs and preferences of participants, and providing constructive feedback and coaching to participants to enhance their skills and performance. You will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), including senior leaders, compliance officers, and product specialists, to identify and analyze training needs, assist in developing and implementing the training strategy for the UBS Wealth Advice Center that aligns towards our business strategy and priorities, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, managers, and financial advisors, evaluate and listen to Financial Advisor calls monthly, and address training-related inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements

  • Ability to commute to the Weehawken, NJ office 5-days a week minimum
  • Earned a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • SIE, Series 7, 66 licensed, Series 9/10 preferred
  • Ideally, 5+ years' experience in training and development, with a strong focus on sales and leadership development
  • Excellent at presenting and communicating at all levels
  • Resourceful in leveraging internal and external sales and support desks to facilitate training needs
  • Highly detail oriented and prioritize work to ensure everything is completed in a timely manner
  • Demonstrates self-confidence
