About The Position
The Senior Training Instructor will be responsible for preparing and delivering technical, skill-based training across MEI Rigging & Crating's workforce, including new hires, apprenticeship program participants, and incumbent employees. This role supports organization-wide initiatives by coordinating the MEI Apprenticeship Training Program and managing related activities such as team member mentorship, field coaching, on-the-job training (OJT), Best Known Methods (BKMs), and candidate evaluations. The Training Instructor will collaborate with the Training and Development Director, Talent Development Managers, Training Specialists, and other organizational leaders to design and implement effective training solutions. They will play a pivotal role in identifying and addressing company-wide training requirements and development opportunities.
