About The Position

Will be responsible for developing multi-media training solutions with a primary focus on Epic and other Health Systems. Will partner with training team members, subject matter experts, and customers to develop audience-specific training, including traditional and computer-based curriculum materials. Will be accountable for organizing and reporting on virtual and classroom training registration and completion. Serve as team learning management system administrator. Essential Functions Responsible for developing multi-media training solutions with a primary focus on Epic and other Health Systems. Will partner with training team members, subject matter experts, and customers to develop audience-specific training, including traditional and computer-based curriculum materials. Will be accountable for organizing and reporting on virtual and classroom training registration and completion. Will serve as the team learning management system administrator. Participate in developing training program delivery strategies. Responsible for testing the training environment. Designs, writes, updates, and tests computer-based training modules as well as test the training environment. Occasional weekend support and daytime or overnight travel may be required. Requirements

  • Associate's Degree
  • 3 years of relevant experience
