The Senior Traffic Signal Technician manages the daily operations and maintenance of the Traffic Operation Center. This includes the Advanced Transportation Management System, Intelligent Transportation Systems, and coordination of signal systems to facilitate safe vehicular and pedestrian traffic. This role involves assisting with inspections and reviewing signal design plans. The position reports to the Traffic Operations Supervisor. May involve extended shifts and irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency call-outs as part of an on-call rotation.
