About The Position

As a Senior Traffic Manager, your job is to keep the flow of work moving smoothly across multiple projects, journeys and teams. You’ll own the overall resource traffic, making sure the right people are on the right tasks at the right time. You’ll work closely with journey teams and project managers to keep plans updated in Monday.com, follow up on requests, and prevent bottlenecks. This role is all about coordination, clear communication, and maintaining visibility of who is doing what – so projects stay on track and workloads are balanced. Knowledge of Monday.com is a big plus, as it’s the main tool for planning and tracking resource allocation.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage resource traffic across projects to avoid overloads and delays.
Contribute to the development of our Way of Working (WOW) in relation to Monday.com
Update and maintain resource schedules in Monday.com for full visibility.
Follow up on resource requests and confirm allocations quickly.
Spot potential conflicts early and help find practical solutions.
Collect updates from journey teams and project managers to keep data accurate.
Support resource review meetings and prepare simple overviews for discussions.
Keep governance tools and documentation up to date (Monday.com and ServiceNow).
Share clear updates on resource status with teams and stakeholders.
Help prepare insight dashboards or summaries for meetings
