The Senior Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for shaping and executing our go-to-market strategies across Ulta, Costco, QVC, and key wholesale accounts. This role is pivotal in ensuring Perricone MD shows up consistently, competitively, and profitably across all retail touchpoints. The role will be ~80% focused on the North American market, while also serving as a key link to international teams, working closely with the General Manager, Sales leaders, and local Trade Marketing Manager to ensure global alignment with local relevance. This leader will also oversee digital trade investments across the wholesale channel (e.g., Criteo, retailer.com media), manage in-store event support and awareness, and collaborate closely with the Director of Sales US, account managers, and the brand marketing team to deliver seamless commercial activation.

  • Own the annual and seasonal trade marketing calendar for North America, aligned to brand launches and retailer priorities.
  • Partner with Sales leadership and Account Managers to deliver tailored programs for Ulta, Costco, QVC, and specialty accounts.
  • Act as a global connector, collaborating with International GMs and local Trade Marketing Managers to ensure consistency of execution worldwide.
  • Lead sell-in decks, retailer presentations, and promotional planning with Sales.
  • Oversee in-store and online merchandising, sampling, GWP, and POS programs.
  • Drive awareness and execution of retail events in partnership with Sales and retailers.
  • Manage all US wholesale channel digital investments (e.g., Criteo, retailer.com media) to ensure visibility and conversion.
  • Track performance of trade and digital programs (sell-through, ROI, traffic lift, conversion).
  • Provide insights and post-mortems to refine strategy and guide investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Creative, Digital, and Finance to ensure integrated planning.
  • Partner closely with Director of Sales – US and Account Managers on activation and promotional strategies.
  • Manage agency/third-party partners for creative, merchandising, and retail execution.
  • Champion trade needs in all go-to-market forums, serving as the 'voice of retail.'
  • 5–7 years’ experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, or retail activation in beauty, personal care, or premium consumer goods.
  • Proven track record in prestige or specialty retail (Ulta/Specialty experience strongly preferred).
  • Expertise in omnichannel retail marketing, brick-and-mortar, retailer.com, and wholesale digital media.
  • Highly analytical with strong financial acumen; able to balance brand elevation with P&L realities.
  • Collaborative leader who thrives in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation skills; comfortable with senior leadership and retailer negotiations.
  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and inspired by building a brand in turnaround and growth mode.
  • Salary: $140-150k
