The Senior Total Rewards Manager is responsible for the strategy, execution, and ongoing management of Gametime’s compensation, equity programs, and benefits - including self-funded medical plans, HSA and FSA plans. This role plays a critical part in supporting the company’s ability to attract, engage, and retain talent through competitive and equitable total rewards offerings. A key aspect of this position is acting as a strategic connector between the People and Finance teams, ensuring total rewards decisions are fiscally sound, data-driven, and aligned with both employee needs and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a data-informed mindset, and a deep understanding of total rewards design to drive meaningful impact across the employee lifecycle. Additionally, strong communication skills will be essential, as this individual will play a crucial role in educating the workforce on various aspects of their rewards package. Finally, the candidate should be one who is either proactively exploring or currently leveraging the latest technology (including, but not limited to, generative AI) to expand their impact in their role.
