About The Position
The Senior Total Rewards Analyst provides analytical and administrative support in the areas of Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll, with a primary focus on compensation. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in compensation structures, market trends, incentives, benefit administration, and payroll processes to support the company's total rewards offerings, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals. This role is key in driving the effectiveness of total rewards programs. The Senior Total Rewards Analyst utilizes data and analytical insights to assess compensation structures and payment trends to ensure the internal equity, strategic alignment, plan performance and cost effectiveness of incentive programs.
