About The Position
The Senior Total Rewards Analyst will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, communications, and administration of Graco's total rewards plans and programs. The role will help ensure that our compensation and benefit programs are aligned with business objectives, competitive with the market, and effective in attracting, motivating, and retaining talent. In addition, the Senior Total Rewards Analyst will ensure that all programs comply with applicable laws and regulations, and continuously seek ways to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and employee satisfaction of these programs.
