The Senior TMS Software Implementation Specialist will be responsible for leading the implementation of our transportation management system software for clients. This role requires strong project management skills, exceptional customer engagement, and account management abilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of transportation and logistics processes and a proven track record of successful software implementations. In addition, a background in accounting or experience with other ERP implementations is preferred. Candidates should also be comfortable upselling products and/or services to customers as this position carries a quota that makes up part of the total compensation package. Up to 30% travel may be expected with this role as well.
