About The Position
The Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) is a critical role in Bristol Myers Squibb's unique customer model, aimed at executing the company's aspiration to deliver impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs). The TAS is responsible for driving demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for appropriate patients, engaging HCPs with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through scientific dialogue. This role involves building and maintaining strong professional credibility with regional thought leaders and community-based physicians, while prioritizing the safe and appropriate use of BMS products. The TAS will spend 100% of their time in the field with external customers, promoting approved indications of BMS products, creating demand, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance the overall customer experience.
