About The Position
The Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) is a critical role in Bristol Myers Squibb's unique customer model to execute the aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs). The primary role of the TAS is to drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for appropriate patients. This involves engaging HCPs with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue and leveraging new ways of working. The TAS builds and maintains strong professional credibility with regional thought leaders and community-based physicians, serving as their primary point of contact. This role is field-based, requiring significant time spent with external customers.
