About The Position
As a Senior Test Lead specializing in Networking Automation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and performance of networking solutions. You will develop comprehensive test plans in collaboration with project stakeholders, define testing scope and objectives, and lead efforts to enhance testing methodologies, aiming for optimal efficiency and effectiveness. Your leadership will guide QA engineers in adopting best practices and tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong Understanding Of Networking Concepts, Protocols, And Technologies (E.G., Tcp/Ip, Dns, Dhcp, And Routing/Switching).
- Proficient In Python For Test Automation, With Experience In Relevant Libraries And Frameworks (E.G., Pytest, Selenium).
- Solid Knowledge Of Testing Methodologies And Best Practices In The Context Of Networking Solutions.
- Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Focus On Performance Testing And Optimization.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate With Project Stakeholders To Develop And Implement Comprehensive Test Plans For Networking Solutions, Utilizing Your Expertise In Networking Protocols And Technologies To Define Testing Scope And Objectives.
- Participate In Functional And Technical Discussions To Analyze Design Specifications, Identify Performance Concerns, And Ensure The Test Environments And Infrastructures Are Properly Configured And Up To Date.
- Identify And Implement Opportunities For Process Improvements In Testing Methodologies And Tools, Leveraging Python For Automation To Enhance Testing Efficiency And Effectiveness.
- Oversee The Creation, Execution, And Maintenance Of Automated Test Scripts Using Python And Relevant Networking Tools, Ensuring Alignment With Quality Standards And Reducing Risk Exposure.
- Mentor And Guide Qa Engineers In Using The Testing Framework And Automation Tools, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities To Improve Productivity And Promote Best Practices In Network Testing.
