Working successfully within a team, the Senior Test Engineer will execute the test approach and document system verification throughout the engineering development lifecycle. This will entail assisting in the following areas: Generation of system test work products by applying the appropriate standards, processes, procedures and tools Development of test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products Development of functional, environmental, operational, and/or performance tests on hardware, software, and systems Design, development and implementation of cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting of hardware, software and systems for all phases of product development and manufacturing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related Science or Mathematics field.
  • 2+ years of job-related experience or a Master's degree.
  • Solid knowledge in use and understanding of test engineering concepts, principles, and theories.
  • Solid knowledge and experience with object-oriented programming, system processes and scripting languages.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire.
