Your role in our team You will develop and execute robust test strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of products across the supply chain. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams including Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Software, and Simulation to meet customer requirements within project timelines and budgets. You will interface directly with customers and project managers to coordinate and oversee all test-related activities. You will review and analyze customer documentation to extract technical and functional requirements. You will design test plans, scenarios, environments, procedures, and scripts tailored to specific system needs. You will create detailed, repeatable documentation of test procedures to ensure full coverage and compliance with standards. You will communicate clearly with project teams, management, and customers to resolve technical issues and document resolutions. You will design, implement, and maintain automated testing tools, updating them to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. You will provide feedback to development teams, including insights on improvements, challenges, and additional test needs. You will represent Körber in customer-facing meetings throughout the development and execution of test phases. You will execute both hardware and software tests to validate product performance and reliability. You will implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and product quality. You will collaborate with product development, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in test engineering, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of test methodologies, tools, and JIRA software.
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and performance evaluation.
• Excellent problem-solving, detail-oriented, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and possess strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to meet the requirements to obtain a USPS sensitive clearance.

Responsibilities
