Working successfully within a team, the Senior Test Engineer will execute the test approach and document system verification throughout the engineering development lifecycle. This will entail assisting in the following areas: Generation of system test work products by applying the appropriate standards, processes, procedures and tools Development of test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products Development of functional, environmental, operational, and/or performance tests on hardware, software, and systems Design, development and implementation of cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting of hardware, software and systems for all phases of product development and manufacturing What youll experience: Technologies that arent just top-notch, theyre often top-secret A team of bold thinkers committed to the quality of the products we deliver to our customer and a drive to overcome challenges and achieve success Opportunities to gain new knowledge - as its discovered

Requirements

Requires a Bachelors degree in Engineering, or a related Science or Mathematics field. Also requires 2+ years of job-related experience or a Master's degree.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Test program experience including planning, approach, development, review, execution, and close out activities
Dedication to finding the best engineering solutions with a commitment to process and quality
Openly contributes to the development of new theories and methods to enhance productivity and efficiency, solicits input, and optimizes solutions
Outstanding communication skills for frequent contact with managers, project teams across the company and external customers and vendors
