Currently we have an immediate need to add an experienced: Senior Test Engineer Armison Tech is looking for a Senior Test Engineer with extensive experience testing integrated systems, executing Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) or similar User Acceptance Testing activities, and performing requirements-based testing. In order to fit well into this role, you must demonstrate the ability to work effectively and integrate with internal engineering teams and external vendors to ensure quality, compliance, and the acceptance of software products.

Requirements

  • Must maintain active/current TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with system and/or software testing, validation, or acceptance testing.
  • A Bachelors Degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.), or comparable additional experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) or similar acceptance testing activities.
  • 3+ years of experience testing integrated systems (hardware + software).
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • The ability to read and validate technical specifications, drawing, and architect new test procedures.
  • Hands-on experience installing and configuring Windows and Linux OSs.
  • Experience with VMWare Workstation Pro and VMWare ESXi hypervisor.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Virtual Machines (VMs) to create a virtual environment with a mix of VM types.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Active Directory Domains, DHCP, and DNS.
  • Basic hands-on experience analyzing and troubleshooting windows processes and network traffic using COTS diagnostic tools such as Wireshark, Process Monitor (Procmon), Process Explorer, or similar system analysis tools.
  • The ability to travel within the US (CONUS) a maximum of 20% of the time.
  • Only applicants with the active required security clearance and are U.S. Citizens will be reviewed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with computer networking and network traffic analysis.
  • Python scripting experience, and a hands-on background in software engineering.
  • Experience validating vendor test procedures and acceptance criteria, and experience working in a multi-vendor system integration environment.
