Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, required.
• BSEE preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in a production test and an electro-mechanical assembly environment including ICT, Functional Test and Reliability Test (HALT, HASS) development, required.
• Experience with FDA QSR documentation requirements preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of six-sigma and Lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Define design for test requirements during product development to ensure the development and implementation of cost-effective production testing of ZOLL Medical's products.
• Design and develop test processes and equipment in support of New Products Introduction and production testing.
• Develop test strategy, manufacturing test requirements, and test plans.
• Design hardware and software, assemble, debug, validate, and release test equipment for use at ZOLL Medical locations and key supplier sites.
• Provide test equipment and test process support as required to ensure the needs of ZOLL production operations are attained.
• May provide work direction to technicians or other production test/assembly personnel but has no direct reports.
