As a Senior Test Automation Engineer - Healthcare Domain, you will make an impact by ensuring the quality and reliability of healthcare applications, particularly in claims and enrollment systems. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering & Assurance team and work collaboratively with Agile development teams, DevOps engineers, and product owners.

  • Lead test planning, preparation, and execution activities for healthcare applications.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, Cucumber, and Gherkin.
  • Execute functional, regression, and integration tests across web and API layers.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for backend testing and data validation.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
  • Ensure test code follows Git flow practices and is version-controlled alongside application code.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
  • Mentor test team members and coordinate test efforts across multiple projects.
  • 7-10 years of experience in software testing and test automation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java, Selenium, Cucumber, and Gherkin.
  • 2+ years of experience with SQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Proven experience in the healthcare domain, specifically in claims and enrollment systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
  • Experience with Git version control and understanding of Git flow.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools related to test automation.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience mentoring junior testers and leading test efforts across multiple projects.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional Agile teams.
  • Strong understanding of backend testing and data validation strategies.
  • Familiarity with modern test automation frameworks and best practices.
