Draper is an independent, nonprofit research and development company headquartered in Cambridge, MA. The 2,000+ employees of Draper tackle important national challenges with a promise of delivering successful and usable solutions. From military defense and space exploration to biomedical engineering, lives often depend on the solutions we provide. Our multidisciplinary teams of engineers and scientists work in a collaborative environment that inspires the cross-fertilization of ideas necessary for true innovation. The Guidance Test and Support Equipment (T&SE) Organization develops and provides lifecycle support of specialized equipment including product acceptance test stations, field and fleet test and support equipment serving the third levels, Enhanced Ground Test (EGT), shipboard, and multiple ancillary equipment that support and supplement the factory and fleet operations. The Systems Engineer will be responsible for the definition, analysis, and verification of a system and subsystem requirements to shape the development of T&SE for the next generation guidance system as well as supporting existing deployed T&SE for maintenance and upgrades.
