As an Equipment Finance Territory Manager, in Capital Advisory Solutions, you are primarily responsible for identifying, structuring, pricing and closing complex finance transactions for existing bank clients and prospects across the assigned territory. Equipment Finance works with clients in all lines of business within the Commercial Bank to provide customized equipment financing solutions. We have extensive knowledge covering a wide-range of asset types, including – but not limited to – trucking, manufacturing, medical, aircraft, rail and marine. Equipment Finance provides tax-advantaged and conventional equipment financing solutions including but not limited to: True Lease; Customized fixed and floating rate loans, including tax-exempt options; Conditional Sales Agreement; Terminal Rental Adjustment Clause (TRAC) Lease; and Synthetic Lease.
