About The Position

The Senior Teller/Customer Service Representative with PlainsCapital Bank processes a variety of financial transactions including cashing checks, receiving deposits, distributing withdrawals, processing transfers, accepting loan payments and preparing change orders. Will also assist tellers and other front-line staff with more complex transactions and will provide overrides/approvals on escalated transactions. Additionally, the Senior Teller/Customer Service Representative also assists customers with opening accounts, processing check orders, issuing debit cards, general maintenance on existing accounts, and other account related duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of financial transactions including cashing checks, receiving deposits, and distributing withdrawals.
• Process transfers and accept loan payments.
• Prepare change orders.
• Assist tellers and other front-line staff with more complex transactions.
• Provide overrides/approvals on escalated transactions.
• Assist customers with opening accounts.
• Process check orders and issue debit cards.
• Perform general maintenance on existing accounts.
• Handle other account related duties as needed.
