Here at Ingenuity Technologies Inc. were looking for a Telesales Executive who can help to generate leads, sales, and potential relationships with new customers and clients. Were looking for a problem solver with flawless communication skills who will represent the business in a way that matches our values and tone. Youll be fully trained on our products and services and will work closely with our sales and further customer service team to ensure expertise in every area. Requirements

• Around 1 to 3 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Fluent in English (other languages are a bonus).
• Basic knowledge of CRM.
• Fluency with office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Experience working with a wider sales team is a plus.
• Great communication skills (both written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Creating contact lists with potential customers details listed.
• Helping to form and improve a script which can be used to lead conversations with customers.
• Using communication techniques in order to improve sales and leads.
• Work towards sales targets.
• Answer questions or complaints from customers.
• Collate lists of any frequent complaints or questions from customers and pass these along to the relevant departments.
• Work with sales and product teams to stay up to date on new features of our products/services.
