Maximus is seeking a Senior Telephony Analyst to manage and support internal-use telephony systems for our Homeland Security customer. This role will provide technical leadership for the design, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise VoIP and telephony infrastructure, with responsibilities that span operating systems, networking, security, and application support. This position is on-site five days a week and requires an active secret security clearance.
