We are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer who is not just technically sound but also thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to have a direct impact on meaningful, large-scale projects. Reporting to the CEO, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced structural engineer (5–10 years' experience) looking to take on more leadership, project ownership, and long-term growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; master’s degree preferred
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in structural design, analysis, and project management
  • Experience working on large or complex builds
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license desired
  • SE license or LEED accreditation a plus
  • Fluent in structural design software such as AutoCAD, RISA, ETABS, SAP2000. Tekla is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, design codes, and building systems
  • Able to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

  • Design and analyze complex structural systems for our buildings, using advanced engineering software and methodologies
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, ensuring the team maintains high technical standards
  • Interface with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are aligned and that design requirements are met
  • Ensure designs comply with local, national, and international building codes and industry standards
  • Conduct peer reviews of design calculations, reports, and technical documents to maintain the highest engineering standards
  • Identify potential risks in project design and implementation, providing solutions to mitigate such risks
  • Work closely with the Project Management team, from concept through to completion, ensuring projects meet time, budget, and quality requirements
  • Offer on-site support during the construction phase, including site visits, inspections, and coordination with contractors to resolve engineering issues

Benefits

  • Salary range: starting at $100,000-150,000 per year
