We're here for it. We think you should be too. We're looking for a driven professional with an inclusive mindset to join our team as a Senior Tech Sourcing Analyst. This position is fully remote. The Senior Tech Sourcing Analyst will support the sourcing and procurement of technology contracts, encompassing software, hardware, and various technology services. The Senior Tech Sourcing Analyst will also collaborate with technology department stakeholders to assist in contract negotiations, identify potential risks, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives, applying their procurement knowledge and negotiation skills.

Requirements

• Possess knowledge of tech sourcing and procurement, including software, hardware, and technology services.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and negotiation skills, with experience supporting technology deals and contributing to risk mitigation and cost savings.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey sourcing insights to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze pricing and cost structures for technology contracts, assisting in benchmarking and cost optimization efforts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to support sourcing strategies and business objectives.
• Maintain a detail-oriented approach to contract review and risk assessment, helping to identify potential issues and ensure alignment with company goals.

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management, with a focus on IT procurement.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in sourcing and contract management software (e.g., Ironclad, Agiloft).
• Advanced knowledge of financial modeling tools, including Google Sheets.
• CPSM, CIPS, or other relevant industry certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently negotiate with vendors to secure favorable contract terms, pricing, service levels, and Service Level Agreements.
• Execute contract redlines, incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders and ensuring alignment with company interests.
• Facilitate cross-functional contract review meetings, coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain clear, proactive, and timely communication with stakeholders, ensuring consistent follow-up, execution, and alignment with contract strategy goals.
• Manage assigned contracts and sourcing initiatives, ensuring timely execution while maintaining quality.
• Work with legal and finance teams to help ensure contract compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Benefits

• Minimum Starting Rate: $80,000.00 Annually
• Up to: $100,000.00 Annually
• Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law.
• In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
