About The Position

The Senior Technology Solutions Manager plays a critical role in accelerating InVue’s global growth by driving the adoption and commercialization of Connected Solutions. This role serves as a strategic partner to both the product and sales organizations, ensuring that hardware and software offerings are effectively positioned, validated, and launched to deliver measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in technology solution sales, product management, channel/trade marketing or sales enablement—preferably in B2B enterprise solutions involving hardware and software.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and successfully launching integrated solutions in regional or global markets.
  • Strong understanding of IoT, connected devices, or enterprise software/hardware integration.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for customers and sales teams.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, cloud platforms, or mobile application solutions is highly desirable.
  • Experience partnering with sales teams to drive solution-based selling.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; able to influence and engage cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
  • Willingness to travel regionally (as needed) to support pilots, training, and events.
  • Multilingual proficiency is a plus, especially Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Regional Adoption: Lead the adoption and seamless integration of Connected Solutions within the Americas region, aligning with global sales strategies and organizational priorities.
  • Achieve Revenue Targets: Deliver on regional revenue goals specific to Connected Solutions by actively supporting sales efforts and identifying high-potential opportunities.
  • Enable Solution Selling: Collaborate with the sales team to promote and sell comprehensive solutions that combine hardware and software components.
  • Lead Pilots and Field Testing: Identify opportunities for field testing and lead pilot programs, ensuring strong execution and alignment with customer needs.
  • Measure and Optimize Performance: Define success metrics for pilots, track performance, and convert successful pilots into long-term customer engagements. Document learnings from both wins and losses to inform future strategy.
  • Support Regional Marketing: Participate in and support regional marketing initiatives such as roadshows and industry events to increase visibility and drive demand.
  • Deliver Tailored Training: Conduct quarterly training sessions customized to the needs of local markets, enabling sales teams and partners to effectively position and sell Connected Solutions.
  • Provide Market & Competitive Intelligence: Gather and share actionable insights on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive offerings to inform product development and sales strategies.
