Job Summary Equinix is looking for an experienced Technology Program Manager to join Equinix’s Digital and Innovation Organization’s (DIO) Program Management Office (PMO) team. The Ideal candidate will possess strong experience in leading and managing strategic transformational projects/ ARTs as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Solution Train Engineer (STE) for a large technology portfolio. They can help design, train, facilitate PI Planning events and coach people in specific agile practices to achieve higher levels of scrum and SAFe maturity. You will work as a member of a growing and highly skilled software development group with the responsibility of guiding teams to ensure the development team adheres to the common agile practices and rules, as well as coach the teams on improving impediments to deliver the greatest value to Equinix customers We’re looking for someone that has: The ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, multi-timezone, high-energy environment and to deliver business value outcomes for assigned initiatives.
