About The Position

LPL Financial LLC is seeking a Senior Technology Product Analyst to create and document Agile software requirements to develop high-performing software. The position involves using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, AHA, Visio, Lucid Chart, and Leankit. The analyst will conduct system research, create technical requirements, write user stories, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders on the development of the product portfolio. The role requires an expert understanding of company products and capabilities, focusing on improving client usage and satisfaction through observation, data analysis, interviews, and prioritization of business and technical features.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
• Three (3) years of experience in job offered or related occupation writing user stories and creating Agile software requirements.
• Demonstrated expertise with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and diagram software (Visio).
• Experience creating Agile software requirements using Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
• Expert understanding of business systems to create software requirements for Agile scrum teams using Appway and Camunda BPMN.
• Experience conducting system research and analysis.
• Experience creating requirements covering a variety of strategic initiatives using AHA, Leankit, and Lucid Chart.
